Four simple steps

  1. Switch on

Plug the power supply into a socket and switch the device on using the switch on the cord.

2. Choose the speed

Select the desired speed using the dial on the side of the power supply (red knob).

3. Massage

Hold the padded handle and massage the body with the smooth metal part of the device. Relain treatment is usually done over clothing.

4.Treatment time

Just 10–20 minutes of treatment relieves various aches and tension. Everyone can decide for themselves how many treatments to have per day.
